Little loop challenge 2021

 9/25/2021 little loop event.  Not on the nct but the burton section of the buckeye trail.  Did from pt 1 northern terminus to pt 6 at William rd.  Uber back to car so one way.

Drove to Columbus then to Headlands Beach State Park parking.  Walked my section as part of this years little loop challenge.  I stopped for lunch at perkins outside there is some kinda painting on the fence behind the restaurant.  Continued south through greenway which was really nice.  Well wooded and not much traffic unlike bike trails at home.

I did not do the side trail at the terminus or to the falls.  Both are recommended by others.

Side note.  I have done a bit of hiking walking over the past 2 years.  Had not seen a snake.  Of course I see snake on a sidewalk.  Not on some backcountry trail.  
Total 11.01miles.

Looking further I wish I had gone a bit further to the 3 way pt.  There are only a few of these on the trail- where the trail goes in 3 directions from a point.  Another is near me in milford at the junction. But we see one here in the Burton section.  I'm not sure it's about a 3 way of buckeye trail, it might be a intersection of a different trail.

Stopped at stow for silver springs park this is where they had dinner and official command center to determine if complete.

Morgans canoe south to MM 27

 8/21/2021 7 miles from morgans canoe south past campground to mile marker 27 and back to campground

Camp is about 3 miles south of canoe livery.

At campground joined Zac for 2 additional south and back where he gave me ride to car at canoe livery.

I probably have a few pictures of the mile markers but this is I think at the campground.

Morgans Canoe north to Oregonia
