9/2/2024 Defiance Pt4 to pt8

9/2/2024 Defiance Pt4 to pt8

The day started waking up in a hotel and there was no power. This seems to happen to me often. Anyway i was hoping for an early start and to get on the drive home. I was on a solo mission today. I called Kramers cab and they said they could help me out about 25/30 minute wait and the driver kept me updated. They were great and really helped me here. I told him one pt and had switched to a few more miles and no problem. Hike overall was good and excellent weather. Made great driving time home. Just a bit more left in Defiance section it looks like 2 hikes but I might see if I can do in one shot. Not sure.

8.52 miles total

Bt sections complete 12

Loveland, Ceasar Creek, Troy, Williamsburg, St. Marys, Delphos, West Union, Sinking Spring, Shawnee, Scioto Trail, Old Man's Cave.

Bt miles 1 way based on complete sections

45.9mi + 55.1mi + 51.9mi + 51.7mi + 45.5mi + 46.5mi + 58.5mi + 53.9mi + 55.7mi + 61.2mi + 52.5mi +60.6mi = 639mi

NCT total this year 214.69mi + 8.52mi= 223.21mi

Bt total this year 244.53mi + 8.52mi= 253.05mi

Total for year 293.98mi + 8.52mi= 302.50mi

Today is day 246 of year, on track for 365
