We met at pt11 parking which was busy early since it is hunting season. We shuttled to lake grant and walked back. We took the road as the recommendation of the website from pt9 to pt10.

Total is slightly short, forgot to turn on for a few minutes after start of hike.
Cute yard with holiday decorations
This painted American flag stood out to me.
Everyone loves a bigfoot Bengal fan.
Today was all road besides the very end.
A few horses here but one came out to see us.
Yard with unique decorations
I don't know why there are these little blue fire hydrants also later on the drive I saw blue hydrant normal sized.
Williamsburg sign
This is view from road of river
We turn down that road
We took road to here, and we got back on trail here. There is alert to avoid the mud here.
A bit muddy still between pt10 and pt11
But a welcome change to the feet and the forest view was nice.
Well maintained here
A view of the river coming to the lake
The other direction and that's the lake further that way
Nice trail even if a bit muddy and slick
Group photo, focus came out odd...
