5/1/2022 Troy pt 16 to pt 13 parked at Peterson Rd Farrington Reserve and walked to the parking area on Dye Mill Rd where I finished yesterday. However this I walked out and back so I walked back to the car. It was was an awesome day weather wise no rain a bit of wind and it was sort of a humid but survivable.
First longer hike I'm preparing for the eggs hike at burr oak. I feel it and burr oak will be much tougher since it is hilly versus flat today.Bt sections complete no change
Loveland, Ceasar Creek
Bt miles 1 way based on complete sections
45.9mi+55.1mi=101mi
nct total 67.18mi + 17.88mi. = 85.06mi
Total for year 143.44mi + 17.88mi = 161.32mi
Today is day 121 of year, on track for 365
I parked here. When I got here the lot was empty. When I came back it was very full.
These signs are seen throughout these parks.
The mile markers are consistent and mostly well marked every .25 mile. I enjoy that to keep me going and it is often enough to remember the last and if you miss one it is not a big deal.
This is the first bridge. I crossed a few that day. Once cool thing here is on each side of the bridge there are overlook areas in the center. Below are the views seen from each side.
Going under road here not sure maybe 75 maybe not. Much of this walk parallels 75.
So these are mentioned in map actually child play area it is marked twice in this park.
I did not see it. This is seen as the second park on this walk.
Wild water here at the canoe area.
Parking area is not far from the sign for the canoe and twin arch culvert. There is a portolet here not back where I parked and it was the first I saw.
I was really trying to get a picture around the same time as I took the mile marker to see what the trail and surrounds change throughout the walk.
Big baseball field. I think there is also a portolet in the parking lot when I came through.
You do not cross through the bridge. But very cool and you can see how close it is.
Just a cool building. Sometimes peeling paint looks good.
