5/21/2022 Williamsburg RIVER need more be said. Completed Williamsburg section with a small hike 2.19mi from Bethel Concord Rd where I parked to cross river and back. It is about 1 mile down to river and then crossed and 1 back.

Bt miles 1 way based on complete sections
45.9mi + 55.1mi + 51.9mi + 51.7mi = 204.6mi
nct total 105.76mi + 2.19mi = 107.95mi
Total for year 182.02mi + 2.11mi = 184.13mi
Today is day 141 of year, on track for 365
This was all about completing the river crossing and documenting that for this blog. Prior times Iit was very cold since it was winter and just did not seem like a good idea. So this hike was special to get that done and complete Williamsburg buckeye trail section.

Now here is the enemy. It does not seem like much in the picture but it can be 2 feet deep in areas. I had my sandals and went through and climbed on to the other side to join the trail to be sure I was foot step in foot step.
It really looks like a dry attempt could be done but I have not been able to. So just go in the water and do it.
