I really wanted to finish Defiance this year. It's my first North progress for a section this year. I met up with Krista to make this happen. I got a stupid early start. I was able to meet at 830am after the drive to Providence Dam. We shuttled to near pt14 there is trailhead parking and walked back for 8.21 miles. Then we started attacking some of Krista's needs. So we did pt13 Vorwerk Park to pt14 for another 4.40 miles.

After not eating all day it was food time. Had a 4pm reservation at Sweetwater Chophouse. It's very good. We went for one more piece, pt13 Vorwerk Park to parking in Ritter Park this is first parking lot near Napoleon for 3.22 additional miles.

Total 8.21+4.40+3.22=15.83 miles
