The hike.
View at the beach. Sorta a wild view over the lake and all the snow. It was not terrible on the blacktop but we mostly walked to the side.
Beautiful
The view of the bridge looking back
Hiking through these little patches of pine and cedar. It feels different as the trees change.
These small flags are from an ultra race.
Kyleigh making me feel slow. I was not organized well for this hike.
A few crossings but it was not bad.
Day lodge, the blue blazes were updated before this but the park maps are not. The BT takes the sugar maple shortcut.
I grabbed this since it is the old sticker logo.
Since it was caesar creek event for DaytonHikers the trails had lots of traffic today. All clearly visible.
This looks back and across the lake at a point of land that sticks out there. I remember cooking a lunch at the bottom on the rocks next to the lake.
I have done this a few times from here back to visitor center I can almost recall every turn even more than East Fork.
Typical signage referenced to other signs.
Fitness trail
Ultra signs and we see there is 2 paths we stay on the dirt path here to visitor center. It does not matter both come up to top of hill.
This is a view into the woods on a pretty winter day.
Visitor center sign
View from the Dam
View down the road we are walking to that sign and we parked in a lot to the left.
