1/1/2025 Loveland Chapter First Day Hike 

I thought it would be good to offer a first day hike. Traditionally these are held at State Parks, so I felt that was important to include a State Park. The Chapter has 2 State Parks, so that seemed easy goal. There has been some mention of non paved trails at Avoca Trailhead. They are in progress and I had 0 clue if they existed or if done or if some already existed. Also previously before the Chapter break I can see when this was an annual tradition. So this was my motivation in offering this hike, well this and get out of the house and see some friends.

Just off the BT and ADT is this alternative path to access the LMSP bike trail.

A sign at 50w about this connector.

50 West always such activity here.  These are sand volleyball court and there is also ice skating slightly to the right of Center here.
