Joined by Jess, and Katie and many others since was a planned event with Crooked River Chapter.

Last minute my plans were cancelled so my backup plan was to join an existing scheduled Little Loop hike and add some Akron Friday and Sunday if I could find some interest.  

This was the Little Loop hike, planned by Becky. Quite a few joined and it was a nice easy hike till the last couple miles. At the end it was hot and exposed on road. Miles are miles and all will be walked, so its today or some other day and well we are here and we need to get to cars. Enjoyed some watermelon and relaxing after the hike at the shelter. We decided to explore locally for food and went to Mary Yoders Amish Kitchen and we had the buffet. You walk past all the baked goods and its hard to resist.
